Away from the glitz and glamour Patrick practices his craft in Auvergne, France where he has several small plots growing local varieties such as Pinot Noir and Gamay. Each plot is cared for by the man himself due to an obsession with quality, taste, and profile.

Our first Rose wine from Patrick Bouju, Lovesong 2022. A refreshing and zippy Rose made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Mourvedre, and Cinsault. Expect a lively wine with notes of Raspberries, lime, and a creamy finish.

A brand new super glou glou wine from Patrick Bouju, Niglo 2022. A wine made from 100% Gamay from their Beaujolais vineyard but vinified in Auvergne. Super juicy with notes of BBQ smoke, cola bottles and wild strawberries. An incredible wine!!

One of Patrick's most infamous wines, Mol, returns with the brand-new 2021 vintage! The latest vintage is made from a blend of Grenache noir, Carignan, Syrah, Cinsault, Muscat d'Alexandrie (Languedoc) and Gamay (Beaujolais) which are vinified separately and blended after fermentation. The fruit-forward, medium-bodied red oozes with inky dark fruits and is an absolute pleasure to drink.
