To kick things off we have a refreshing bargain white wine from the Villa Saint-Jean winery based in the heart of Beziers in the Languedoc made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Ugni Blanc fruit. Grapes are de-stemmed with a traditional vinification including two-week fermentation on skins. After a pneumatic pressing the wine is matured in stainless steel tanks giving it a rounded, fruity palate, packed with green fruit flavours. 80's acidity, big flavours, and under £12......

Next up is a truly unique Fruit Pet Nat hybrid from the Domaine Muller-Koeberle team, made from a blend of Mirabelle Plums, hemp flowers and a Riesling base! The idea of Casmir is to showcase the best fruit and grapes from the DMK estate each and every year meaning no vintage will ever be the same! The wine itself is something really special, tropical flavours and citrus blossom are carried by incredibly fine bubbles with a nutty textured finish.

Last up is a big and bold Natural Red Wine with a beautiful plummy hue in the glass, with notes of blackcurrant, blackberries and spice. Fattoria Di Vaira's Vincenzo Rosso is a full bodied, but cleaner texture and ripe tannins on the finish. Give it a decent amount of air to let it expand to its full expression!
