Florian Schuhmann-Irschik is the rockstar natural wine producer behind Quantum, a pioneering winery based in Maissau, Austria which create incredible zero/zero wines from a range of local Austrian varieties.
Heresy is a collection of two wines that expresses Quantum's plots too a tee thanks to the wines made from a blend of pretty much all the varieties across the estate.
Heresy Rose 2022 is a wine that uses wine and grapes from the entire vineyard (around 10 in total) to make one of the juiciest, fruit-forward rose's to pass our lips in a long time! All the grapes are from granite soil and spend 3 days on skins giving the wine a bit of depth whilst still retaining its freshness. It's all berries with this one, ripe strawberries, and zingy raspberry notes with a light mineral finish

Heresy White 2022 is made from a blend of Muskateller and GemischterSatz all grown on granite soils and spend 3 days on skins before bottling. Juicy but with character, the wines got signature Muskateller vibes of pear and lychee with a slightly chalky texture and zippy acidity.
