First up is Judith Beck's Weissburgunder 2022,100% Pinot Blanc (Weissburgunder) with just a little skin contact to elevate the wine. Judith Beck’s entry Weissburgunder has changed in the last couple of vintages from a white to a soft orange wine which has lovely fruit, freshness, and drinkability with just a hint of savoury, skin contact character.

Last up in this pack of Orange wine dreams is Calcarius, Hellen Orange 2022. This zingy and refreshing Orange wine is made from Greco Bianco grapes that come from an area characterised by white pebbles and limestone subsoil. The juice is fresh and clean with an oxidative style that bursts with big and bold blood-orange vibes from the nose to the finish. Slight mineral notes on the finish but generally a very well-balanced and smooth orange wine that we fell in love with on our recent trip to Puglia.
