Grandbois Weine, Heart Pinot Noir Rose 2022 is made from Pinot Noir from one of Granbois's prized plots, Castle Mountain. The organic fruit was hand-harvested in September 2021 and spent 24 hours on skins before spontaneous fermentation using wild outdoor yeast. This one's liquid cherry pie with touches of Raspberry and Leather. An unreal Rose that drinks well 12 months of the year!!

Tillingham, Rosé 2021 is truly something spectacular, made from a mixture of whole cluster Pinot Noir fermented in concrete and topped up with whole bunch pressed Pinot Blanc juice. Inspired by French winemaker Daniel Sage, Rose 2021 is a marriage of carbonic and non-carbonic fermentation. Pressed after five days of maceration. Aged in concrete for six months, racked and bottled by gravity with a small sulfur addition. Notes of Fig and dried Orange peel.

Misty Peak, Rosé 2022 comes from California’s sun-drenched vineyards where warm days slowly ripen the grapes and cool nights ensure a bright, crisp wine. The misty mountain peaks in the distance overlook the vineyards which produce this easy-drinking wine, bursting with vibrant fruit flavours. Off dry in style, this rosé offers flavours of watermelon, strawberry and white nectarine, with a silky texture and a soft finish. Contains minimal added sulphur.
