Biodyn Hider (Weinhof Haider) is a biodynamic and double certified winery based in Neusiedlersee, Burgenland. The winery has quickly amassed a cult following producing show-stopping, unfiltered wines with nothing added or taken away (for the most part) with the bulk of their production consisting of wines that are bottled completely without any addition of sulphites. Arrives 12th January 2024.
With the latest vintage of one of all-time favourite Pet Nat's Jung & Sexy recently landed we thought there was no better time to team it up with one of their other cuvees to give you a taste of what Weinhof Haider is all about.
Jung & Sexy from Weinhof Haider. A dark rose Pet Nat brimming with Cherry Cola, ripe strawberry, and the softest bubbles to pass our lips in a very long time. It's criminal to serve this at room temperature so we recommend a good hour in the fridge before opening.

Delirious 2022 is an Austrian White Wine in its purest form made from the Gelber Musketeller (yellow muscat) variety. The wine itself is generous on all fronts, with luscious, floral aromas of ripe pear, green apple, a touch of honey and exotic fruit. The sip is confident and clean and is far too easy to drink with a low 11.5% abv
